  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt

  • Rice as needed

Directions of Making Saffron Tahdig with Rice:

  1. Wash the rice and soak it in a bowl with water and a spoonful of salt. Then we drain the rice. 
  2. Now brew saffron, pour water into a pot, and put it on high heat until it reaches the boiling point.

  • ½ teaspoon saffron 
  • Potatoes as needed 
  • Rice as needed 
  • Salt as needed

Directions of Making Persian Rice Tahdig with Saffron:

  1. Wash the rice, soak it in a bowl in water and a spoonful of salt; then drain it. 
  2. Brew the saffron (we need half a cup of brewed saffron.) Pour water into a pot and put it on high heat until it reaches the boiling point.
