Step Three
Cut the dough into 10 cm long strips with a cutter. At the beginning of the dough, pour a spoonful of cheese and parsley mixture. Now, gather the dough in the shape of a triangle. To create a triangular shape, fold the paper diagonally from corner to corner as if it were a flag.
Step Four
Now, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place them in a pre-greased oven tray, and pour some sesame seeds if you want.
Step Five
Place the tray in the middle of the oven, and let the cheese boereg cook for 35 minutes until they become golden.
