How to Make Armenian Stuffed Squid?
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of medium squid fish
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 piece medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 medium red pepper
- 4 dried tomatoes
- 4 mushrooms
- 1/2 water glass grated cheddar cheese
- 1 medium grated lemon peel
- 1 dessert spoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
To fry:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- one tooth garlic
- 2 branches of fresh thyme
Directions
Step One
Remove the internal organs of the squid you bought by pulling them from the tail. Quickly pull the skin on the outside of the squid you hold by the tip.
Step Two
After taking the transparent bone in the middle of it in one piece, wash the inside and outside of the squid in plenty of water.

Chop the onion into small cubes, and grate the garlic. Cut the red pepper in half, and remove the seeds in a way compatible with the onions.
