  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • 200 ml water 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste 
  • 500 grams penne
  • Basil leaves as needed
  • 200 grams mozzarella

Directions 

Step One

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour the olive oil, onion, garlic, and thyme into a pan, and mix and fry over medium heat.

Step Two

Add the minced pork and stir for about 2-3 minutes until the color of the meat changes and the onions are caramelized. Add the cherry tomatoes (you can either press them with your fingers while adding them or break them with a spoon to release their juices.)

Step Three

Then, pour the wine, salt, pepper, water, and tomato paste and mix. Boil for 10 minutes until most of the moisture evaporates.

Step Four

Then, add your penne and basil leaves to the sauce. Stir to coat the sauce and remove from heat.

Step Five
