Take a pan or even a cake pan.

Coat the bottom of the pan nicely with olive oil. If you do not have olive oil, frying oil can be a good alternative.

Step three

Take a food processor and add parsley, cilantro, dill, scallions along with three tbsp. of olive/cooking oil and if you like, walnut and barberry. Mix them nicely till you get a finely chopped mixture.

Keep the mixture aside for some time.

Take a large bowl. Whisk six eggs with baking powder, salt, pepper, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, and cumin.

Now add the mixture which you kept aside to the mixture of eggs in the bowl and mix nicely.

Once you are done with it, pour the mixture into the pan you oiled earlier.

Bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
