Directions

Step One

Place the pot on medium heat. Cut the pork into 3-4 cm pieces and put them in a bowl.

Coarsely chop the onion and garlic and put them in the bowl with the pork. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix well.

Step Three

Transfer to the hot pot and saute for 3-4 minutes until the pork turns brown. Add the bay leaves and deglaze with the red wine.

Put the lid on the pot, lower the heat and let the Afelia simmer for about 2 hours. After 2 hours, turn off the heat and set the pot aside to cool down.
