- Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan.
- Chop two onions and saute them till making them soft.
- Peel and chop 500 gr turnip and cook them covered till making them soft.
- Add one teaspoon of turmeric, sugar, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, ground ginger and garlic into the pan and stir them.
- Then, chop two green chilies and two tomatoes and add them to the pan.
- Heat them till tomatoes are soft.

How to serve?
