- Mix a tablespoon of corn starch in a bit of water and add it to the mixture. While it is boiling, the mixture looks thick. It is time to remove it from heat.
- Add 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of saffron and mix them thoroughly.
- Put the mixture in the freezer and let it freeze for about 8 hours or till it is completely frozen.
- Pour 1/2 teaspoon of rose water over it and garnish Sheer Yakh with pistachios.
